16 oz. Sour Cream
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 c. Butter Milk
1 t. Only Herbs Original Seasoning Blend
2 Tablespoons Faiths Blend
2 cups shredded colby / montrey jack cheese (our test kitchen used Kraft blended cheese bag)
1 13 oz. can Chicken Breast broken into small pieces (our test kitchen used Sam's Club brand)
1 stick melted butter
3/4 sleeve butter cracker crumbled (our test kitchen used Ritz brand crackers) *more can be added if you perfer*
1 Bag Country Style Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes 30 oz. size (our test kitchen used Publix brand)
PREHEAT oven 350.
*Combine first three ingredients in LARGE mixing bowl.
*Add seasonings, cheese, chicken, 1/2 stick melted butter to mixing bowl, stir well.
*Add Hash browns - stir until thoroughly mixed.
*Combine 1/2 stick melted butter to crushed crackers and add to top of casserole.
*Spray 13 x9 pan with non stick spray.
*Add Hash brown mixture and cover with foil for 40 mins.
*Remove foil and cook additional 15 mins.
Serves 12 to 14 or more.
